Perry Court E-ACT Academy made a bold choice today to send 9 pupils with staff to the Global Climate Strike at College Green in Bristol city centre. The children who attended have all independently shown a keen interest in both making a difference to support climate change and a great awareness of the wider world and how they can make a difference.
The Academy wants to raise pupil awareness about global climate and will be educating ALL the children in the school to become eco-warriors, like our inspirational nine founders. The headteacher, Richard Healey, feels that the pupils need to be given the knowledge and tools to ensure that they can make a difference for their future.
