Once again we welcomed our parents and carers into the school today to remember all those who have given their lives at war and who have fought, giving us freedom, safety and security.
The children loved making their own poppies with their family and learning more about why Remembrance Day is so important. We believe it is important for the children to understand how events in history have impacted on their lives today. It was also a great way for them to share these moments with people they care about.
