On Friday 13th April a team of 11 children from Perry Court took part in the Y3/4 Tag Rugby festival at Ashton Park School which was ran by Ashton Park Sports Partnership. Despite only having one term of after school tag rugby training, the children performed exceptionally well to finish 3rd and achieve a bronze medal. In each game the children showed their determination, teamwork and resilience, making Coach Miles very proud.
The following children took part from Y3 – Darcy James, Mia Peters, Theo Rygol, Joshua Rose, Chelsea Morris, Amedu Cherno and Kaitlian Williams; Y4 participants were Finley Ball, Troy Coomber, Justin Naghi and Kieran Dunleavy.
