On Thursday 8th March a team of gymnasts from Perry Court, Key Stage 1, attended a competition against other schools from the local area. The following children made up the team: Missy Watkins, Stanley Braithwaite, Lily Green, Lilianna Macdonald, Olivia Young, Kylie Radford, Aimme Walker, Ava Walker and Sienna Walker. Coach Miles has been training the team over the last 6 weeks, working on set sequences and movements. The children have shown determination and dedication throughout – and it paid off! Our level 2 gymnastics team won overall gold medal as a team and they also got a finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th as individuals! Well done to the four girls Olivia, Lilly, Ava and Aimee. Well done to all our other children who took part in the Level 1 competition! #teamspirit
